The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its central location in a beautiful town is a big plus. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with easy access to the outside courtyard and a lovely view of the nearby church. The breakfast, although a bit lacking in quality orange juice, is still quite satisfying.
Room temperature control could be improved.

The hotel and its staff were friendly and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the facilities sufficient. It offered excellent value for money.
It was not possible to check in after 11pm and this was not clear from the booking information. As we were traveeling across Europe to get to the hotel this would have been useful information.

Quiet and well-located in the quaint village of Thorn.
This hotel is in an old building but needs smartening up and modernising.

Staff were helpful and hotel and restaurant has ambiance, although the restaurant is a little pricey. The town--"White City"--is apparently a Dutch favorite vacation spot. The hotel is well situated within the town.
The hotel is older and the rooms are small and a little cramped. Some rooms have lift access and some don't, so it's a good idea to ask when booking or checking in, as the stairs are circular and narrow. Fletcher is not on the hotel front name, so don't look for it.

The hotel is located in the center of an old-town and has a nice view of an old church that's fully lit at night. the room had everything we needed and the staff were friendly.
The hotel is in a desperate need of maintenance. the bathroom was old and the tiles were badly painted over to make them look better I guess.

Behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet prima.

The village is in a great location for hiking and outdoor enthusiasts. There are plenty of walking tracks and forest trails to explore. the hotel breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices. Lastly, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel lacks nearby dining options. The hotel restaurant was not great, and other nearby restaurants were closed on weekends.

The location was nice, right central in Thorn. Presence of elevator. Beds were good (although pillows could be a bit better). Good showerpower.
Too expensive for what is was. Maybe we had one of the worst rooms, I do not know. In the room no sign of any historical background. It showed more of a 60-70's atmosphere than a historical one. Our room seemd to be in need of a maintenance; bladdered paint on bathroom wall, where the tiles were painted over, toilet sink cracked, windowseal rotten, paint on window bladdering etc. It was a very basic room, to me not very comfortable. Some of the staff rather uninterested, especially reception. Breakfast nothing out of the ordinary and very basic. Hotel is not lively at all. Maybe it was the period we were there, I don't know.

The hotel staff was kind and friendly. If traveling around Thorne, the location is good. Breakfast was OK.
We weren't satisfied with the facilities and cleanliness. Maybe it's a little bit expensive to stay in this hotel with such condition.
